Sambal Udang French Beans with Prawns
Ingredients
300g French Beans, sliced diagonally
100g Prawns, de-shelled and cleaned
40g (abt 2.5 tbsp) Christine's Original Sambal Udang Kering
2 cloves garlic, crushed
3 tbsp oil
2 tbsp water
1/2 tsp salt or to taste
Cooking Instruction
1. Saute garlic in hot oil.
2. Add in prawns and cook until prawns turned opaque. Remove.
3. Add in french beans, Christine's Original Sambal Udang Kering, and salt. Toss and add water. Cover pan for about 30 seconds in medium fire.
4. Remove lid, add in prawns and toss well. Serve hot with rice.
