Kam Heong Fried Mee






CHRISTINE'S ORIGINAL KAM HEONG paste makes cooking much easier. It is so versatile that you can actually fry noodle with the paste. Guaranteed to be flavoursome and fragrant!

Ingredients

1 pcs instant noodle, soak in hot water until just soft
40g CHRISTINE'S ORIGINAL Kam Heong Paste
3 pcs shrimp
4-5 slices fish cake
1 egg
1 leaf Chinese cabbage, shredded
1 pc red chilli, de-seed shredded
2 cloves garlic, minced
1/2 shallot, sliced
1/2 tsp fish gravy or to taste
3 tbsp oil

Cooking Instruction
1. Saute garlic and shallot in preheated oil. When fragrant, add in shrimp and fish cake.
2. Add egg, stir until almost cooked.
3. Add in instant noodles, CHRISTINE'S ORIGINAL KAM HEONG PASTE, and fish gravy. Toss.
4 Lastly, add in chilli and cabbage. Toss for about 1/2 minute. Remove from fire and serve hot.
