Kam Heong Vegetables
Ingredients
60g Kam Heong Paste + 1 tbsp water
200g brinjal, cut length-wise
200g okra, sliced
1/2 cup oil
a pinch of salt
Cooking Instruction
1. Fry brinjal in hot oil for 2 to 3 minutes until slightly brown.
2. Add in okra and continue to fry for about 1 minute.
3. Remove and strain the oil from the vegetables.
4. Add Kam Heong Paste, vegetables and salt back to the wok. Give it a toss. Remove from fire.
