Creamy Butter Crab





Another blockbuster dish that you can easily prepare at home. And mind you, it has no msg and taste much better than outside too!

Cooking Instruction

1. Prepare 1 kg of crab, wash and strain dry.
2. Add 1/4 cup (4 tbsp) of CHRISTINE'S ORIGINAL CRISPY FLOUR to the crab and coat evenly. (Alternatively, use egg whites, cornstarch, salt and pepper).
3. Heat up oil  (enough to cover crab) until smoke appears.
4. Quickly add in crab and cook until crab is thoroughly cooked. Strain.
5. In another wok, heat up 1 pkt of CHRISTINE'S ORIGINAL CREAMY BUTTER SAUCE until bubbly. Add in cooked crab and toss until sauce thickens and starting to coat the crab.
6. Remove from fire and serve
